At some point in our lives we have all had a teacher who has inspired us. Some remember and want to pay forward the knowledge they have learned. Photography is an art that is taught and learned by those who are willing to participate, by both teacher and student. However, schools do not provide cameras, darkrooms, film and text on this subject readily. It is to you I ask for donations... your old film cameras, film, darkroom equipment, maybe an out dated digital, or whatever you have that others can learn from. I have been responding to all teachers or children who seek these tools and have donated many a personal camera. With your help, I will make available this equipment to those who have the desire, to keep this artistic passion alive. I will reimburse for shipping if needed. There are links you may visit like www.fotokids.org where you can see the need for your equipment. I will continue to list such places in my Places To Visit, found within this website.
Please contact me with your donations at jdperformance@netzero.com
and.... Thank You from those who aspire!
Although this Photo of Thanks was given to Me by the Students of The Christian Academy of Lewiston and Teacher Dan Allard for donating cameras and film... It is a proud moment for all of us who have taken the time to give to those who desire... Thank You All for your donations that helped these students...
